Il me fait visiter ses plans, son terrain, me montre la montagne, le t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui permet de traverser le ruisseau et me donne des maracuyas pour mon retour. Il aime pas trop \u00e7a, parfait j&rsquo;adore ! allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je rentre voir Jhonny, il \u00e9tale le cacao pour le faire s\u00e9cher. Le process est le suivant : le sortir des coques, le faire fermenter pendant 7 jours, 2 jours par boxe de haut en bas avec seulement 1jour dans le boxe du milieu. Ensuite 2 jours de s\u00e9chage rapide pas tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9tal\u00e9 puis 5 jours de s\u00e9chage bien \u00e9tal\u00e9. L\u00e0 on en est au s\u00e9chage bien \u00e9tal\u00e9, on est lundi et le camion vient r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer tout \u00e7a vendredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cooperative c&rsquo;est 20 agriculteurs dont Jhonny qui sont ensemble, chacun \u00e0 un hectare de cacaotier, et Jhonny s&rsquo;occupe du s\u00e9chage et de la vente. C&rsquo;est un camion qui vient de Ja\u00e9n toutes les deux semaines pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer tout \u00e7a. La r\u00e9colte se fait de janvier \u00e0 fin mai. Tout le cacao de la r\u00e9gion est centralis\u00e9 \u00e0 Ja\u00e9n puis export\u00e9. Le cacao normal est vendu 2\u20ac50 le kilo, le mix comme actuellement ils ont 3\u20ac le kilo et le cacao pur blanc est \u00e0 4\u20ac50 le kilo. Le cacao blanc est plus doux et moins amer que le normal, et aussi plus cher. Dans la cooperative ils ont un mix parcequ&rsquo;ils ont plant\u00e9 sans savoir ce qu&rsquo;ils plantaient. La ils ont plant\u00e9 des parcelles de pur blanc pour pouvoir le vendre plus cher. C&rsquo;est exactement le m\u00eame process, le m\u00eame travail, mais il rapporte casiment 2 fois plus!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le salaire minimum ici c&rsquo;est 40 soles par jour, soit 10\u20ac. S&rsquo;il \u00e9tait seul il aurait fini \u00e0 17h. On discute d&rsquo;un peu tout, il est n\u00e9 ici, il est parti vivre 6 ans \u00e0 Piura o\u00f9 il a travaill\u00e9 comme tourneur de broche de porc \u00e0 r\u00f4tir puis est rentr\u00e9 ici. En fait il gagne autant ici, le cadre de vie est 100 fois meilleur, moins de stress et moins de travail aussi, m\u00eame si plus physique. Il a rencontre sa femme \u00e0 Piura et ils sont rentr\u00e9s ici. Il a 28 ans, elle 23 et il ont un fils de 4 ans je dirais. Ils ne veulent que 2 enfants, dans sa famille ils sont 11 fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs et il voit ce que \u00e7a donne, il veut pas faire la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait int\u00e9ressant de passer cette journ\u00e9e avec eux, comprendre un peu mieux le cacao et les dynamiques de la r\u00e9gion et des gens. J&rsquo;observe pas mal de machisme ici aussi. La femme fait \u00e0 manger et s&rsquo;occupe des enfants, l&rsquo;homme travaille dehors, bon \u00e7a c&rsquo;est une certaine r\u00e9partition du travail mais surtout quand on a termin\u00e9 de travaill\u00e9 il a appel\u00e9 sa femme pour qu&rsquo;elle nous apporte \u00e0 boire et son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Je lui dit qu&rsquo;on peut nous y aller il me dit qu&rsquo;on est bien ici. Bon, je vais pas forcer non plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On mange et on regarde un peu la t\u00e9l\u00e9. Je prend des photos avec eux, leur laisse 12\u20ac en cadeau et part pour Huancabamba. Je tente de retourner voir l&rsquo;autre Jhonny pour avoir de sa boisson incroyable mais il n&rsquo;en a pas plus \ud83e\udd72 tant pis, je le salue.
